My mission is to assist quality tenants with finding rental houses, apartments and other homes in the Southeast Iowa area including Burlington, West Burlington, Mount Pleasant, Mediapolis, Wapello and Grandview. I am looking for people who can provide three things:

1. Pay the rent on time

2. Take care of the property

3. Be a good neighbor

I believe that past behavior can help to predict future behavior. I have all of the adults fill out and application. I charge a $35 application fee per adult. I use the money to check national criminal background, social security for past addresses and finally, I give you bonus points for verifiable past landlord references.
